Initial Meeting and Discovery

Every office and their employee is different. In fact, different offices within the same company can have unique needs. Before starting any programe, we will meet with you to determine what your unique needs and goals are to see if we are a good fit.

If after our initial meeting you feel like we would be a beneficial addition to your team, we will work together to design a program just for you.

Getting Started!

After the plan is in place, we, SHIN Wellness, staff will work with you or your human resources representative to start scheduling the wellness activities, set goals, meet with your employees, and more.

Follow-up & Evaluation

As the plan progresses we will meet with you occasionally to see how we are progressing toward your goals, get input from your employees, and measure the program’s overall effectiveness.
